3. Order Placement and Contract Formation
  • Contract Formation: The display of products on our website constitutes an "invitation to treat" rather than a legally binding offer. Your order represents an offer to purchase.
  • Order Acceptance: A legally binding contract between us is only formed when your order is physically dispatched from our premises and you receive a dispatch confirmation email.
  • Right to Cancel Before Dispatch: Payment is processed at the time of checkout. However, we reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion at any time prior to dispatch. Reasons for cancellation include, but are not limited to: stock shortfalls, clear pricing or clerical errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method.
4. Single Card Grading & Subjectivity
  • Grading Scale: Individual trading card singles are graded and categorized according to our public conditioning guide (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played, Excellent).
  • Subjectivity: You acknowledge that card grading is inherently subjective. While we make every effort to grade accurately and inspect cards under professional lighting, slight variations in human interpretation can occur.
  • Product Imagery: Unless a product listing explicitly states that you are buying the exact card pictured (e.g., "Card Pictured is Actual Item"), stock images may be used. Minor differences in centering, surface texture, or edge wear may exist between the stock photo and the card received, provided it falls within the stated grade category.
5. Pricing and UK VAT
  • VAT-Inclusive Prices: All prices displayed on our store are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the standard rate of 20%, where applicable.
  • Sealed Goods & Ripped Singles: Because our single cards are sourced directly from factory-sealed distributor boxes opened by us, they are classified as new, standard-rated commercial inventory under HMRC rules. Standard 20% VAT is baked into the final sale price of both sealed merchandise and individual singles.
  • Delivery Costs: Shipping fees are calculated and clearly displayed separately at the checkout screen before you finalize your order.
6. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, card pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability.
